A Rickey is a delicious, versatile cocktail that can honestly be made with so many of our syrups. That being said, we love Raspberry Rose with gin - and for Dry January (or any time you're abstaining from the hard stuff), it pairs beautifully with a non-alcoholic gin as well! Give this a try any time you're craving a cocktail hour experience without the consequences.
Add the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
Shake until frosty and cold.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice, then top with soda water and toss back and forth into the bottom of the shaker to combine all the ingredients.
Garnish with a dried lime wheel and some fresh raspberries if you have them.
