HOW IT WORKS

On the day of your session, you'll check in at Adelina Social Goods and we'll guide you from there.
Select your Photo
You'll receive 5 images via an email link the Monday after your session. If you've opted to include holiday cards, you'll also receive a proof with our recommended image included. Reply with any changes or revisions needed, then approve your proof for printing!
All holiday cards will include a 5" x 7" flat card printed on high quality card stock, with photo and message on the front and an exclusive pattern on the back. Envelopes with your return address are also included. Upgrade with shining foil for an extra special touch!
EXCLUSIVE HOLIDAY CARDS
These stylish, minimal styles will feature your holiday photo beautifully and without distraction. Our cards are printed on high quality, 120# cover weight card stock with a tactile finish. Pricing starts at 25 cards and envelopes for $80. Order up to 200 cards. Upgrade to gleaming foil printing to add an element of shine to any of our designs! Envelopes printed with your return address are included with every order - and we'll even print your mailing addresses for you too!
ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS
HOW MUCH DO PHOTO SESSIONS COST?
The cost for each 15-minute photo session is $175. This includes 15 minutes of time in our modern holiday photo set, with our favorite Atlanta photographers, The Sintoses. A $75 deposit is due to book your session, and the remaining $100 will be charged on the day of the shoot. You'll receive 5 high resolution, edited images within 1 day of your photo session.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Absolutely! We love furry friends, and we’re happy to have them included in your photos. Please do note that we’re not able to go beyond simple poses with pets and their people – these are not meant to be full pet portrait sessions. However, we will be prepared to get a furry smile as best we can!
WHAT DOES YOUR PHOTO SET LOOK LIKE?
The photo of The Hunters (Adelina Social Goods friends) above is a taste of what to expect in our wintery, Scandi-style holiday set! The magic will truly come to life in person with a swing for posing, holiday greenery and glittering details. And, there are a few upside-down twists that are oh-so-appropriate for a 2020 greeting!
how many images will i receive from my session?
You’ll receive 5 high resolution, edited images from your photo session.
CAN I USE MY IMAGES ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Yes! You can use the images any way you’d like. We’d love it if you tagged us @adelinasocial and @thesintoses when you share!
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
We will accept walk-ins for photo sessions as we’re able; however, time slots are limited and pre-booked appointments will take priority. Also note that extra time will be required between sessions for sanitizing our set, so wait times for walk-ins may be long. Therefore, we highly recommend booking ahead.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Appointments may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. If cancellation is received no later than 48 hours before your appointment time, your deposit will be refunded in full. If cancellation is received later than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will not be refunded.
What safety measures are you taking for photo sessions?
We are working to make sessions as safe as possible for all. Photo sessions are limited to 15 minutes to avoid long-term contact. Sessions are limited to small groups. We will keep the photo set within a safe, social distance from other activities in The Works to ensure no contamination will occur, and our set will be sanitized between each session. We will also ask that each person entering our set allow us to take their temperature, and sanitize their hands before entering.
Should we wear masks in our photos?
This is dependent upon your level of comfort. You will be at least 6 feet away from our photographers at all times, and our photographers will be wearing masks. Masks will be required in all other areas of The Works, during check-in and check-out, and while waiting for appointments, so be sure to bring one along for each member of your party.
IS YOUR PHOTO SET 100% Private?
Our set will be part of a holiday suite at The Works, and as such it is not a completely private, closed-off set. However, we will have crowd control measures in place to ensure that only the party currently being photographed can enter the set area. Spaced out appointments should eliminate long lines of waiting guests.
IS HAND SANITIZER AVAILABLE ON SET?
Yes, we will request that each guest sanitize their hands before entering the photo set.
Holiday Card Information
WILl my CARDS BE PERSONALIZED?
Yes! Each card includes a personalized message with your choice of text that you can write – or you can choose from one of our standard messages.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE DESIGNS SHOWN?
Minor changes can be made, such as the fonts used in the personalized message or the colors used. Major changes to the design will incur additional fees.
HOW DOES ORDERING WORk?
There are two ways you can place your card order: Order online ahead of time, or order in-store on the day of your photo session. Either way, you’ll receive your first proof on the Monday after your photo session is completed.
WHAT IF I DON't like the photo used in my proof?
No problem! We’ll select a photo we suggest for your first proof, but we’re happy to switch to a different one if you’d like. Just let us know when you send your proof approval or revisions!
how long until i receive my holiday cards?
Printing will take approximately 3 business days (5 business days for orders with foil), starting the business day after your proof is approved. Your cards will then be shipped directly from our production facility to you at no additional cost. Shipping to most locations in Georgia is estimated at 2 business days; however, this is not guaranteed. Therefore, if you’re looking to get your cards by a particular date, we recommend choosing upgraded shipping at checkout.
can i use photos from this session with my own holiday cards?
Sure! We’d be happy to show you options for other standard and custom holiday card designs in store. They just won’t be part of this promotion, so the process won’t be quite as integrated.
Can you address my envelopes for me?
Yes! Just select this option when you place your order – additional fees will apply. We will digitally print your recipients’ addresses in a color and font that coordinates with your card design.
what foil colors do you offer?
We use traditional foil stamping methods for a beautiful shine and a slight texture added to every card. Available colors are: Brushed Gold, Shiny Gold, Brushed Silver, Shiny Silver, Copper, Rose Gold, Red, Hunter, Sage, Matte Black, and Matte White.
