All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days, Monday through Friday.*
*Please note that due to vendor and shipper delays related to COVID19 restrictions, some orders may be delayed. We offer easy, $10 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders $49 and under. Domestic orders of $50 or more ship free. Greeting cards also ship free.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been processed for shipping, you'll receive an email notification with shipping information and a tracking number. Please allow up to 1 business day for tracking information to update with USPS.
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery. Keep your packaging. Send an email with photos of the breakage and any damage to packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org.
International Shipping Policy
We offer shipping to the EU, Canada, and Mexico. Flat rate international shipping is $15 to Canada and Mexico, and $20 to the EU. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail International and is expected to take 6 - 10 business days, although this shipping time is not guaranteed. Adelina Social Goods is not responsible for delays or losses of packages held in Customs.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Adelina Social Goods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
