Mountain Pass: I recently infused this kit with gin to test out a cocktail, and it was beautiful. Not only that, but I believe that it would stand on its own quite well as a singular sip. I personally would do a softer, more floral gin (like Hendricks) but a London dry (like Bombay) will get the job done nicely as well.
