This Cherry is built on real organic tart/bing cherries, which give this bitters a voluptuous, fruit-forward profile. They use bourbon as the base, which draws earth and forest from the cinnamon, cherry bark, and
gentian that round out this nuanced and harmonious blend.
Ingredients: 7 year aged bourbon, tart and bing cherries, schisandra berries, cherry bark, cassia cinnamon, gentian
Pairings: Whiskey, Bourbon, Vodka, Rum, or Gin
- 2oz Rye
- .5oz Sweet Vermouth
- .25oz Amaro
- .25 Luxardo Cherry Liqueur
- 5 dashes Cherry Bourbon Bitters
- 4 Sage Leaves
- 1 Maraschino Cherry
Place ice in a cocktail shaker. Add the whiskey, vermouth, amaro, Luxardo cherry liqueur, sage leaves, and bitters. Rub the orange peel around the rim of the cocktail glass. Strain the drink into a coupe cocktail glass. Add 1 Maraschino Cherries and enjoy!
