These balloons are pre-filled with confetti - just inflate and enjoy! Each box contains 6 clear 11 inch balloons pre-filled with confetti. We use the highest quality latex balloons and our own custom confetti blend, both made in the USA and lovingly assembled in a Brooklyn studio.

*Tip: Use regular air to get the confetti to stick to the sides of the balloon (as shown) or use helium to let it pool at the bottom and move with the balloon. Looks cute both ways!

New & unused products can be returned within 30 days of original purchase date with proof of purchase. Easy and free in-store returns are available - just bring in your products and online order confirmation and we'll process your refund for you.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. For returns without receipt or proof of purchase, store credit will be issued.
