Ingredients

2 oz bourbon
1 oz Key Lime Sour mixer
1 oz fresh key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
1 egg white
Dried lime wheel for garnish

Directions

In a cocktail shaker without ice, combine bourbon, Key Lime Sour mixer, lime juice and egg white. Shake with no ice for 20 - 30 seconds (this is called a Dry Shake and helps the egg white incorporate).
Add ice and shake again until shaker is frosty.
Strain into a glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
