0.75 oz ROOT 23 Cherry Almond Simple Syrup
Dry Sparkling Wine
2-4 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Add syrup and bitters to the bottom of a champagne flute.
Fill with chilled, dry sparkling wine, and stir gently to combine.
Express an orange peel over the top of the cocktail, then add to the glass to garnish.
