Ingredients

Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
- Jalapenos in halves
- Brie
- Prosciutto
- Oil
- Barbecue Rub
Directions
Slice your jalapeños in halves and remove the ribs and seeds
Slice up your brie to fit inside the pepper halves
Top the brie with Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
Wrap each half one with Prosciutto
- Coat in oil and season with barbecue rub
- Smoke at 300 for about an hour
