Crescent Simples

The Knickerbocker is a classic cocktail from the 1800s named after Dutch immigrants and the distinctive "knickers" they wore. It normally calls for fresh raspberries, but Crescent Simples Raspberry Rose syrup is a perfect substitute. It's also incredibly easy to make...just add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake until cold, and then strain into a Rocks glass filled with ice. If you have fresh raspberries on hand, garnish it with a few. If not, a lime wheel or wedge works perfectly. This is a nicely refreshing cocktail with some complex flavors that will surprise you and keep you coming back for more!
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz Raspberry Rose Crescent Simples
0.25 oz orange liqueur
Optional: Dried lime wheel
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until cold and frosty.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries and/or a dried lime wheel.
