The Pink Lady just got a delicious autumn upgrade! This classic cocktail, known for its elegant blush color, now features the cozy flavors of Apple Spice Simple Syrup and Apple Brandy. The mix of gin, fresh lemon juice, and a hint of grenadine gets a fruity twist with the apple brandy, adding warmth and depth. The apple spice syrup layers in just the right amount of seasonal sweetness and spice, making every sip taste like a crisp fall day. Shaken to perfection and served with a frothy egg white finish, the Pink Lady is now the ultimate sip for sweater weather.
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz apple brandy
0.5 oz Apple Spice Simple Syrup
0.25 oz grenadine
Aromatic Bitters
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, but don't add ice yet! Shake for about 20 seconds without ice to get a nice foam.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds or so.
Double strain (using both a Hawthorne and a fine mesh strainer) into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a few dashes of aromatic bitters on top of your egg white foam.
